Ghana is a beautiful country of West Africa with a rich past and places of
attention for the colonialism that started in the XIV century. Ghana has a very
diversified nature, savannah in the North and woods in the South.
DAY 1: ACCRA
Arrival at Accra airport, transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight staying at
the hotel.
DAY 2: ACCRA
City sight, visit of the National Museum of African Art and of the calorific
market. In the afternoon excursion to the handicraft market.
DAY 3: ACCRA - KUMASI
After the breakfast, departure to Kumasi, city of the gardens and chief town of
Achanti, that is the richest and very important ethnic group of Ghana.
Dinner and overnight staying at the hotel Rest House***.
DAY 4: KUMASI
City sight, visit to the ethnographic museum and to the market, which is one of
the most important markets in West Africa thanks to the trading of Kente fabric.
Dinner and overnight staying at the hotel Rest House ***.
DAY 5: KUMASI - TAKORADI
In the afternoon transfer to the coats of Ghana. Visit of the port and then
excursion on boat with the fishermen, where you can learn the particular
technique of this country.
Dinner and overnight staying at the hotel Beach ***.
DAYS 6 – 7: TAKORADI - CAPE COAST
In the morning excursion to the heavenly places of Cape Coast, the most
beautiful city of the coast, and visit of the market. Visit of the castles along
the coast. Relax on one of the most beautiful beaches of Ghana.
Dinner and overnight staying at the hotel Beach***.
DAY 8: CAPE COAST - ELIMINA
Visit of the old city of Elimina, visit to the castles and to the fortresses
built during the XIV century that will offer us an image of the trading of gold
and slaves at that time.
In the afternoon transfer to Accra and flight.
