Burkina Faso
Bukina Faso and Ghana are 2 countries with a glorious history and they have had
the same tradition since long time ago. They have preserved their ancestral
cultures and rites. A huge variety of landscape will let us to know the deep
Africa. This itinerary is addressed to anybody who really wants to know Africa
and to enjoy its beaches on the Atlantic Ocean.
DAY 1: Ouagadougou Arrival at the
international airport of Ouagadougou, transfer from the airport to the hotel.
Dinner and lodging at the hotel Palm Beach****.
DAY 2: Ouagadougou A brief excursion to
Loango, visit to the modern sculptures engraved in the rock. Several artist from
different countries came there to express their talent engraving in the nature.
Return to Ouagadougou and visit of the handicraft centre, to the district of
bronze craftsmen. In the afternoon visit to the great market and to the
handicraft market

DAY 3: Ouaga – Tiebele - Po Transfer to the
village of Gurunsi, along the way visit to villages of this ethnic group, visit
to Tiebele to see its multicoloured houses , artistic expression of Gurunsi
women.

DAY 4: Po - Tamale In the morning direction
to Tamale in the North of Ghana, visit to Volta Lake (200km length) , crossing
the savannah with its baobabs.
Dinner and lodging at the hotel Catering Rest House***.
DAY 5: Tamale - Kumasi After the breakfast
visit to Kumasi, city of the gardens and capital of Achantis, the most important
and the richest ethnic group of Ghana.

DAY 6: Kumasi City sight, visit of the
ethnographic museum, visit of the market, one of the most important markets of
the West Africa due to the sales of Kent fabrics.

DAY 7: Kumasi - Bussua After the breakfast
visit to Bussa, crossing the tropical forest. Along the way the tourists will
see the mines of bauxite and gold. After the arrival a walk along the beach.

DAY 8: Bussua - Takoradi Excursion to the
Ghana’s coast, visit of the port and excursion on the boat with the fishermen
where the tourist will learn the technique of this extraordinary country.

DAY 9-10: Akoradi – Cape Cost In the morning
excursion to the heavenly places of Cape Coast, the most beautiful city of the
coast, and visit of the market. Visit of the castles and of the fortresses along
the coast. Relax on one of the most beautiful beaches of Ghana.

DAY 11: Cape Cost - Elmina Visit of the old
city of Elmina, visit to the castles and to the fortresses built during the XIV
century that will offer us an image of the trading of gold and slaves at that
time.
Dinner and lodging at the hotel Elmina***.
DAY 12: Elmina - Accra
Direction to Accra, city sight, visit of the National Museum of the African Art,
visit of the market and possibility for the last shopping. Transfer to the
airport.
